Is there life on Mars? Is it possible that there could still be live microbes despite the extreme conditions there?
If we could develop a way to put some kind of photo-synthesizing life-form on Mars (plants or microbes), would the atmosphere eventually be able to support life due to the gases used and expelled by these life-forms?
If life were discovered on Mars, even simple life, would it be ethical to interfere with the evolution of said life? Moreover would introducing alien life TO Mars or efforts to terraform Mars be considered unethical as well?
Would it be a good idea to send a probe to bury dead, sterilized organic matter to mars to try and coax bacteria out of any hindind places?
In the Spirit Sol 513 picture is that a real statue or skull on Mars? I have been researching this for a while and it is the best evidence IMO of life on Mars.
